The workout is broken down into 15 booty and 15 core exercises that would be planned as 2 booty exercises every 2 days then 2 core exercises the following 2 days. This plan is to build a sculpted and strong booty and core. It is customized with specific movements to create a routine. Through daily repetitions and sets, you are able to focus and gain confidence in every move before moving on to the next.
